I haven't forgotten our discussions of a week ago, just been very busy working on the BB magazine, and my DSL modem's getting frozen up every time a machine tries to infect my computer with the Red Code virus (on phone with them -- 90 minute wait). But here's what I am thinking: 1) I would like to talk to Dave this time. I am head of the steering committee, I should do it, not Neil. I was in contact with Dave over the issue of printing labels, so this would be reasonable continuity. I would like to do this now, so when I hear back (or don't hear back) from everyone, I'll go take care of it. 2) I should send the letter to/contact Mary when it's time. I am head of the steering committee, I should do it, not Dorothy. This will get Karen and David off the hook, and there's no reason to force Dorothy to do this one just because she's not had to deal with her before. If/when the time comes (i.e. after speaking with Dave and getting something firmly in place), I will draft a letter and we can all correct it. 3) We MUST have a liaison for PAM if this happens, someone who will write the TAG material and make sure everything works. Any ideas? Pull new person in?
