I was feeling somewhat charitable towards Dave -- until I just got my copy
of PAM -- including in it a form saying that my subcription had run out and
would I please renew for "12 issues". I really have a problem with him
soliciting money from me when I know that he has no intention of my ever
getting anything for any money I might give him.
Time to move on, folks.
