I'm glad that you have decided to accept AGA's offer. If I or anyone else
from AGA gave you the notion that we wanted to profiteer from the demise of
PAM I apologize to you on our behalf. We, just like you, want to make as
much of a contribution to the planted aquarium hobby as possible. We are
confident that this is the best way for us all to accomplish our goals.
I will have AGA's lawyer draw up a little MOU to make sure we all agree to
the same things.
Is PAM incorporated, wholly owned by you, what?
Don't send the magazines yet, as we are not sure where we want them to go. I
also think that we should coordinate your letting your subscribers know with
AGA sending them notification of AGA membership, which we should probably
shoot to do with the next TAG.
