gomberg's letter on APD

in his letter he says "The Aquatic Gardeners
Association has generously offered 3 months of AGA membership for each
issue you are due."

In  my motion for David to conduct negotiations, I said:
"acquire a number of issues of PAM in exchange for AGA memberships for all
PAM subscribers who are not currently AGA members (3 month AGA membership
for each 3 month unexpired subscription to PAM, non-AGA members only);

In my mind, Dave's letter implies that all PAM subscribers will be entitled. 
David, what did you arrange with him?

PS. He says there only 100 are PAM subscribers, but it could still cost AGA
a lot of lost revenue (or some unhappy AGA members) unless it is quickly
and diplomatically clarified.
