The ACA has neither a paid staff nor does it pay for articles.  At the
moment, it is experiencing a rather euphoric effect of many authors
who really despised the Herlong-helmed publication rushing to submit
material.  With typically 3 feature articles per publication, it is
already booked through June of next year.

Though there isn't any pay for authors, they did introduce a monetary
award for the best articles.  I seem to remember it was around $500.
