Hi everyone --
I have been having some sporadic problems with
foreign checks. Even though they are in US dollars the bank is charging between
$25 and $50 to negotiate each item, which does not make much sense for a $5
check. I've been round robin hood's barn with the bank about this, and they are
not being very flexible.
I throw this out for some ideas on what to do. My
thoughts are that for outside US and Canada we should only do transactions via
credit card. Your thoughts please.
