Re: PAM

Just to make sure you understand, I believe that the deal with Dave was that we would extend people's memberships by the same number of issues as they were owed of PAM... this is not a $ for $ exchange but a magazine for magazine exchange. The AGA bought the back issues of PAM from Dave, and to help out with the problem of Dave's subscribers, we arranged this deal. (in the hopes that the people who were NOT AGA members already would choose to stay when their subscriptions expired) My understanding was that Dave had contacted his subscribers explaining this.  Again, if you have a problem with it, please contact Dave directly.

Works for me.  I sent Dave 65 bucks.  That translates to about 4 years of AGA dues.  FYI, I'm Lou, my wife is Luanne.  Lou

Hi Luanne, yes, PAM is gone.  The AGA has agreed to take on the PAM subscribers as AGA members.  In your case, it would be an extention of your membership. (there was less overlap than you might think)  In your particular case, since you're already an AGA member, if that doesn't work for you, I'd talk to Dave G. directly.  I've cc'd him with this message so the two of you can get in touch with each other.

Hi Karen.  Exactly what do you mean by "Unfortunately now that we have lost PAM".  I hope that doesn't mean PAM has gone belly up.  I just recently suscribed to it for three years. I also suscribe to AGA.  Lou Blossom
