This is actually what I had theorized to James what may be going on! Wow! I think based on the non-response of Luis and Diana, she did just that. > I suggest that later today (I can't do it now) I talk to Charlene, and find > out what's going on on their end. I really do think that James will do an overall better job at this than Charlene did. He's annoying as hell, but he has really good follow-through. And he'll start NOW. Another thing I didn't mention in the mail last night was that I e-mailed James a reply to his mail and said that if he talks to Charlene on the *phone*, he will most likely get the answers he's looking for; if he keeps e-mailing, he won't (just the way Charlene works). I suggested he write all the questions down like a script, pick up the phone, and call her, and then make sure to ask every question and wait for an answer. So the only bummer about you calling Charlene is that it triangles once again, and James gets away without having to actually confront his aversary (and fears) directly. Do I sound like a parent or what?
