Sending Money - To send a payment, log in to your PayPal account,
and click the "Send Money" tab. Enter the recipient's email address and the
amount you wish to pay.

You can pay with a credit card, checking account, or funds already
in your PayPal account. We send recipients an email to let them know you've
paid, so they can claim their money at PayPal. To start sending money, just add
a credit card or checking account to your PayPal account.

                  Important Information for Sellers

Get Verified - As a new member, you'll want to increase your online
reputation and attract more buyers. Get Verified to increase your sales.

Chargebacks - Fraudulent payments funded with stolen credit cards
account for over 2% of all online transactions, and other payment services pass
on all of this risk to sellers. By contrast, PayPal protects sellers from
chargebacks if they comply with PayPal's Seller Protection Policy (SPP), a
series of guidelines designed to mitigate risky transactions.

Seller Protection Policy - The central requirement of SPP is that
you ship to the buyer's credit card billing address ("Confirmed Address").
PayPal provides you with this address in the details of each transaction. Learn
more about SPP and your chargeback rights and responsibilities by visiting our
Security Center.

                  How to Manage Your Account

Keep your Profile Information Accurate - You can add or update
account information (such as password, email address, mailing address, or
credit cards) by clicking the "Profile" subtab of the "My Account" tab.

Transaction History - To view past transactions, click on the
"History" subtab of the "My Account" tab. You can view the details of a
transaction by clicking on its "Status."

Changing Preferences - PayPal gives you choices in the types of
payments and notifications you receive. To modify your preferences, go to your
'Profile' and click the 'Notifications' and 'Payment Receiving Preferences'
links.

Fees - Fees are assessed at the time of the transaction. When you
receive a payment in your account, we will deduct the fee. The fee amount
appears in your transaction history in the "Fee" column. It is free to send
money with PayPal. To see the current rates, click on the Fees link at the
bottom of the homepage.

Refunds - You can refund a payment to your customer within the
first five days of the transaction. The refund link can be found on the
Transaction Details page. Just click on the Status link of the transaction in
the History tab.

Money Market - Keep funds in your PayPal account and earn an
attractive rate of return in PayPal's Money Market Fund. To sign up, just look
for the "Money Market" link on the "Account Overview" page.

and features. All products, features, and policies are subject to change. Be

      Logging Into Your Account
When you log in to your PayPal account, be sure that
the website's URL always begins with https://www.paypal.com/.

The "s" in "https://"; at the beginning of the URL means
you are logging into a secure page.

If the URL does not begin with https, you are not on a
PayPal page.

                        Protect Your Password
You should never give your PayPal password to anyone.

For more information on PayPal security, please see the
Security Tips.
