I think that looks great, though I wouldn't have bothered assigning any
blame to yourself either.  You were just trying to pick up the slack too.

Neil, if you could find a way to discuss this matter with Diana, it would be
great.  You have more of a personal relationship with her than the rest of
us.  She doesn't need to respond to ANY message that isn't directly related
to her back issue or book sales.  It would be better for her to direct all
such inquiries to those who are actually in a position to answer the
questions accurately.  (to say nothing of more diplomatically)

The way she has handled the last two e-mails sent to her is not helpful to
anyone, least of all the people she responded to.
