Sorry for the late reply... I have been at a fish convention all weekend 
and just returned.

Read all the mail.  Am totally overwhelmed by it, no idea what sort of
"decision" we can make.  My own opinion is that we said we're having a
convention, and we should go through with it at this point.  We never 
published that we'd cancel if we didn't have enough people.  If 16 have 
already registered, we will probably have at least 50 for the final 
convention.
