Hi David,

What about giving them a deposit check?  We will end up paying them whether
the convention fills or not, why not give them a check?  We wouldn't earn
that much interest on the money in the intervening period of time anyway.

I agree that no individual should need to put up a personal credit card for
the organization.  We have credit with the printers and have always paid our
bills, I just can't see what the problem is here.
