Hi David,

Charlene seemed to feel that Valerie needed a fair amount of "management".
My personal impression was that Valerie would be better as a "project
manager" type person.  She has absolutely no experience with the organized
hobby, and managed to tick off many of the Houston locals.  It was because
of her (and Luis') unwillingness to work with the Houston club that we got
so little local participation.
