I raised the dues on the website today, like we discussed earlier.  I've
also sent a proposal for new back issue sales to Diana ($6 for single
recent TAG or PAM, $5 each if package of 4, $4 each if package of 8).

The PayPal gross intake just hit over $3200 tonight.  Lots of folks been 
spreading the word about the dues hike & back issue sale -- Diana has been 
inundated with the PAM 8+3 holiday special.

Neil, do you still want to continue on the board?  I have noticed you've 
stopped participating since September.
