    Eric's comments on the guidlines are great and solid.
    I have a couple of comments.  The cash and carry system for the auction,
I don't think the runners should carry cash change on them. The treasurer
should have a cash box at a table and the runners take the cash to him and
return change as required.
    I think the speakers should have all expenses paid. If they wish to
donate something to the club or AGA that is acceptable.
    You covered everything else I was going to comment on.
    The worm got the servers computer so I was without service until late
last night.
