I'm sorry, but perhaps it's my having spent many hours on the phone with 
Larry, but thatswounds really rude.  We've already rigged the payment 
agreement such that they don't make any of the first $1000, becauase they 
don't have enough in their treasaury to begin with.  We're talking about a 
person who's willing to guarantee $5000 worth of charges if the worst case 
happens (i.e. the AGA's treasury is bankrupt).

I will personally do this, with the understanding that the AGA will 
reimburse me with any available funds should my card be charged.
