Hi Erik, Didn't mean to sound rude, and of course, the subject could be approached more diplomatically than I put it here. You do know them better than any of the rest of us, since you've had more direct dealing. If you feel comfortable with them, I think that's great. Thank you for offering to do it this year. I think we should consider how to handle this in the future... Perhaps setting aside an escrow amount out of working funds to reimburse whoever uses their card in case there is a problem? There is another advantage, though of someone local doing this. They also have direct access to the hotel management in the case of a dispute. We were lucky last year that Valerie kept working to get the disputed charges resolved... It would have been near-impossible for David to do long distance. Karen A.
