Just by impression and not by actual count, there seems to
be a pick up in memberships very recently -- maybe AGA2K3
related.  But if memberships are picking up whle mail-ins
are dropping off, that's suggestive that mail-in is
genuinely dwindling as a payment method.

AGA2K3 and seasonality, as Cheryl points out, need to be
accounted for to make this leap in judgement, but I believe
it follows other national marketing trends.
