You know, in the beginning, I was opposed to adding Kathy to the BOD
because we were limited in terms of how many people we had on the BOD...
someone had to leave for someone to come on.  I figured that Erik and Kathy
both knew what was going on, and we could have Kathy's input without her
being on the BOD.  Now we have the flexibility to add more members if it
makes sense.  I think it might make sense from a logistical standpoint to
add Kathy to the BOD.
Her input, through Erik, has always been well-thought out and useful.  And
in her position as advertising queen, there are times when she does need to
discuss things with the entire group.  Any thoughts from the rest of you?
