Kathy,

I don't think anyone will disagree with me when I say that you need to have
the flexibility to use incentives like this to lure in new advertisers.
Again, our cost at this point is ONLY postage, (the magazines are being
printed anyway) so you could easily spend more money than that just on
letter writing.

I THINK I remember that you actually ran it past us before you did it too.
I see no problem with this at all!
