Shoulda read Scott's reply before I posted.  I _really_ like Scott's
response, particularly if the guy isn't even a member.

Yes, I think we should.  But for now, I'd down-play the inappropriateness of
her response, and just stick to, "The guy could do a lot of damage to our
image... let's stick to the high road."
