I think things were spoken and decided more openly in front of you and
Cheryl because there was already a tacit agreement (even if you guys didn't
know it) that you both belonged on the BOD.<g>  Kathy has always been
included in these conversations because NOT being on the BOD was her choice,
not ours.

Definitely.  If we can agree on a time, I suggest that we invite Diana
directly, but also post an open notice to the members' list.

As long as Erik doesn't object, I think it's great if you do it.  I know
you'll be tactful.  If it has to be based on who knows her best... there's
only one person who has even met her in person, and that's me. :-/
