I've held off putting my two bits in til now, but --
AGA is a corporation now. Corporations have two tyupes of meetings -- Board
of Directors meeting, which are usually open only to the BofD, and
Shareholders Meetings, which would in our case be a general membership
meeting. I don;'t think we have time for both meetings, but I would suggest
that Diana, and any other chairpersons of committees shoulds be included in
the BofD meeting -- they have voicxe but no vote, I believe.
As for the refund, I will volunteer to fall on my sword and deal with this
guy, since I'm "the money man".
