I agree that this is a perfectly fine way of dealing with it.  She doesn't
have to deal with customer complaints if she doesn't want to... we can
handle it.

Yeah, but it was more a timing issue than anything else.  He did a good job
with the book store for quite a while.  It was just in the early days of the
internet life for AGA.

I am not opposed to having Diana on the BOD if everyone else feels
comfortable with it.  When I was first asked to join the Steering Committee,
I was very surprised to find out that Diana wasn't on it.  I just am sure
that there will be more conflict if we do.  I think it's up to the entire
group to make the decision.

I think that's best, I just didn't want to volunteer you.

I would hate to pull people away from the auction where they might be
spending $$$money$$$.<g>  I don't know what, if any time is available before
the auction on Sunday.
