Re: AGA2K3 $ Info



Absolutely the prize should not be a tank or anything that
ships larger than,say, a shoe box. And don't even talk
about drop shipments -- they can be eveen more trouble than
direct shipments of large items.

Who is going to be incharge of prizes anyway.  The
Convention Host club has to get the items (not counting
whatever we take from inventory) but who ships them to who
and who makes sure that's it's done?  Hmmmm, something
about tht ought to be in the bid re whether the host club
has any responsibility or not.
