It's been me the last three years because it's easier to just send them 
with the ribbons and CDs rather than try to coordinate it all.  And this 
way I *know* it got done. 

I think the thing for the bid sheet is to say something ala "a 
representative from the aquascaping contest will pick up the prizes from 
the convention".  Then if someone actually volunteers to get the ribbons 
and mail the prizes, we're set.
