This has been a bit of a sore point between me (Kathy too) and the ACA people. Peter and Al both died nearly two years ago. We brought Peter's untimely demise to the attention of the BB editor (my boss). I brought it up about 5 times for different issues, because it seemed like they actually wanted to do something for him. Kathy even got the still-bitter former editor of BB to write the obit because he knew him very well. But then came a word from above that we weren't going to have space or some other lame excuse. They just plain didn't want it for their own political reasons. Now, Jean-Claude Nourissat just passed on about a month ago, and when I got back from the conference, I found 6 pages of gushing tribute and photos being pushed into my plate even though I'd already layed out the entire issue. So it's all relative. And my other point is, this stuff happens all over the place. So does it sound like we're all in agreement on "no", but say it nicely? - Erik -- Erik Olson erik at thekrib dot com ------------------ To unsubscribe from this list, e-mail majordomo@thekrib.com with "unsubscribe aga-sc" in the body of the message.
