Re: AGA Forums (fwd) One forum for all and all for, um, one?



There's just the issue of some up fornt planning,
organiztion, making some contacts, courting a few
propsective moderators.

And there should be some understanding that if resources
flop, Erik won't be expected to operate yet another site.

How about we make up a checklist and if we cover the list,
then let's talk to James about moving forward?
for the list, at least these:

Initial subjects/focus
comfort re liabilities
Initial Moderators on board
