this year's prizes

I thought I heard general rumblings that it was OK to use AGA resources 
for the prizes this year.  Here is what I came up with and am asking the 
1st place winners... I figure that if you guys objected, I'd pay for the 
wholesale out of pocket... but this seems quite conservative and thrifty!

Pick any one:

  * book from the AGA bookstore
  * TAG/PAM 10-issue super combo
  * one year membership
  * any year's conference video

For James, I said pick any two.

So far, we've got all book requests.  Fine by me!
