Amano at next convention

Hi folks,

Ghazanfar has asked me to contact Amano to see if he's willing to speak at
the next convention if it is held in DC.  I don't feel comfortable asking
him based on the "if" part.  If you all agree that we can talk what ever
club ends up doing the convention into using him if DC doesn't end up
hosting the conference, I'd be happy to talk to him (through Nozomi) about
it.  I would think it wouldn't be an issue, since I think ANY group would be
glad to have him. But again, I think it's unfair to ask him to commit to an
"only if" proposal.
