The printers _definitely_ hand delivers a whole stack (about 20) to me, usually on the same day they go to the mailer, Step Direct. But they aren't the ones who do the mailing, and I'm quite sure that the hold-up wasn't with them. The one I got through the mail would have come from Step Direct, not the printer. Step Direct gets the list broken down into USA, Canada, Foreign, and "multi's". My address would be mixed right into the middle of the US group. They would have to pull my copy out of the middle of the run to send it to me separate from the rest. So it would be a pretty slimey move if that's what they actually did.
