My only experience is with financial printers on wall
street--so not quite the same, but the key recipients
always got hand deliveries. Of course financial printers
charge a lot more and can afford to do hand deliveries.

Yet, it could be the norm in the trade to get certain ones
out first. If so, maybe we can just point out what a good
example *that* is and now get *all* the other copies to
catch up.
