My instincts say the former, but my instincts have been wrong now and

I think that a year is too short.  Barring unforeseen circumstances, I'd
like to see him commit to at least two.

George and Roger, and I'm sure there are others.  But they're not on the
BOD, or part of the core AGA "work force".  I just don't want him whining
that WE aren't helping him.
