We did this the first year -- actually had them on a rotating monitor
display in the vendor room.

I think when you show them just how few "prizes" this can involve, and
that they may actually attract more sponsors with the "two-event"
approach, then everyone could be happy.

More than that, previous years it was the week BEFORE this. We moved it
back one week because Christel couldn't make it. I know this was trouble
to some folks, especially Dorothy, as every fall week means greater chance
of being snowed in!

Most excellent. I think you're already our official liaison. There is NO
reason we all cannot have dual roles, for instance, me handling A/V if
they'll have me... it helps makes the AGA management seem less of "them"
and more of "us" to the host club.

I think Larry has it in storage. I remember that was one of the things we
took down last on the way out.
