Hi,
My feeling is that you guys are doing an awesome job.  TAG is getting out 
on time, in the right quarter.  Shoot, with Mary it didn't come out at 
all.  You and Cheryl have taken it too a whole new level!!!

It you feel like I am complaining (or anyone is, BONK US ON THE HEAD).   

I have never felt like you did anything substandard.  On the whole last 
mailing thread, I saw it as quality improvement talk.  MINOR STUFF, small 
stuff, so if we ever start on the small stuff again, just say it, this is 
small stuff.  I think you get the idea.

I agree, we can't harass you guys!  You are doing a great job, so when you 
feel harassed, tell us, please, I don't think anyone wants to do that.

We will have to see how it goes, and how much of a headache it is.
