When Cheryl (my Cheryl) needed a muffler a few years ago,
she said she was going to Midas (or one of those) because
it was only $18 gauranteed. I told her it would be at least
$80 but more $120. She doubted me and chalked up my view to
cynicism.

When she came back she conceded, the muffler *was* $18, but
after they added in the price of the clamps, the replacment
pipe, labor, etc. it came to $124. I knew it would because
many years early I learned the lesson the same way she did.
;-)

How you doing? The last month is said to be the toughest --
how on earth can a human body do what it's asked to do
during the ninth month? It's just incredible!
