Hi all,

Erik and I were talking about this last night.  Looking at reg fees in 
past years...etc.

It would be nice to keep the cost of the convention and banquest under 
$100 like Dallas did.  I know with Amano we could charge more...but if we 
charge less perhaps we might get more local people.  I know as a student 
49 vs 69 was a huge difference.

So I asked Scott off list what the numbers were....see below.

If these are really it (please confirm scott) and all we need is a 
difference of 10 people to break even between the 49 and the 69 
rate...maybe it would be worth it too consider it.  Sorry, to toss one 
more idea into the pot.  See the numbers below.

Assuming we guarrantee 100 roomnights @ $89/room and we
avg. 1 room night per paid reg (about what happened in
Dallas:

It's a high number at any of those prices.
