There are somewhat at odds. The higher the price, the fewer
folks that will attend.

I don't see it as as choosing between the height of our
expectatons but the focus of our goals. Promoting
attendance over revs. This doesn't mean not making money;
no one has proposed that.

Heck, originally, I had to try to talk GWAPA into trying to
make money. ;-) They later decided that making some money
wasn't so bad, and I came to the views I've tried to
express forthe last few days.
