[AGA SC] Advertiser Payments for Scott

I am transcribing from the notebook I have been keeping for Kathy, posting 
to sc so it gets archived.  What I did was when each TAG arrived, jotted 
down each ad's page #, and when checks arrived, filled in the date.  For 
ZooMed, who paid in advance but always got the inside front cover, I made 
space ahead and marked them paid for issues that didn't arrive yet.

Kathy most recently billed everyone around the 15th or so of December, so 
I suspect payments will continue to trickle in.  We'll let Scott know!

Ecosystem continues to be deadbeats, though they've said they'd pay back 
in the summer.  I'm sure Kathy can fill you in there.

OK, "the book" is hereby transferred!
