Hi,

The date on the Marriott proposal is the same as the Holiday Inn.

The rooms are cheaper at the Sheraton.  Also, it looks like the meeting 
rooms are cheaper at the Sheraton overall, except for the small room 
which I am not sure how to interpret the Sheraton proposal on.  Sheraton 
also gives us more of a room rental break for the number of hotel rooms 
booked...and based that on 100 room nights.  I bet they might continue 
that scale for 150 rooms, 200 rooms etc.  Now the Marriott proposal is 
based on 200 room nights.

It would be nice to see if the Sheraton can accomodate the breakout 
sessions/workshops that they want to do.  If not, there are 
choices...ie...different place or not do workshops...etc.

In general Sheratons are fine for fish folks, we don't have to have a 
Marriott, I think, what does everyone else think.
