This is said to be at least 2 steps down in quailty and
appearance from the Marriot. The rental for the meetings
rooms looks very expensive but I haven't actually worked
the math to see total costs.

Per our discussion, here are the rates for your meeting on
November 5 - 7, 
2004.
Please note the following outline of rates is good for 14
days after your 
receipt of this proposal.

Sleeping Rooms:
It is my understanding you will need a over 100 rooms
arriving on Thursday, 
November 4, 2004 and departing on Sunday, November 7, 2004.
It is my pleasure to 
offer you a discounted rate of $89.00 plus 12% occupancy
tax.

Meeting Rooms:
Grand Ballroom
5,025 square feet of space

Sliding Scale:

1-34 sleeping room per night -  $2100.00 daily room rental
35-68  sleeping rooms per night - $1400.00 daily room
rental
69-100  sleeping rooms per night- $700.00 daily room rental

These prices are based on total sleeping room pick-up.

Hospitality Room
Earhart Shepard Room
980 square feet of space
Complimentary Room Rental - Regularly $500.00 daily room

Hotel Information:

The Holiday Inn BWI Conference Center is a recently
renovated hotel, meeting 
and exceeding the
expectations of all our guests. As a future refresher, find

GUEST ROOMS
Featuring irons, full size ironing boards, hair dryers,
coffee makers, voice
mail, 2 phones with 2 phone lines and data ports, automatic
wake-up calls,
same day valet service and express check-out.

DINING
JT Ashley's Grille, our full service restaurant is open for
breakfast from
6AM - 11AM, lunch from 11AM - 2PM and dinner from 5PM -
10PM.  Room service
is available daily.

FITNESS CENTER/POOL/SPORTS COURT
The fitness center is open 24 hours and we have a seasonal
outdoor pool.  We
have also added a new Sports Court where a friendly game of
basketball,
volleyball or tennis is always welcome.  Sports equipment
is available at
our Front Desk complimentary.  There is NO CHARGE to use
the pool or fitness
center.

BUSINESS CENTER
We have a complimentary state of the art business center
for all your
travelers varied needs.  The center has a copier, fax
machine, printer, and
personal computer with Internet access to check e-mail.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
The hotel provides complimentary shuttle to and from the
BWI Airport every
30 minutes - 24 hours.
