Ok, that will teach me to read all the e-mail. I got a quote from the 
mailer. I still have a few questions regarding the Multi's, but here's 
the info so far:

$175 handling fee until our mailing list reaches 1400. We can dream.
$0.718 on average each for 671 domestic = $481.778
$1.80 - $2.80 each for 129 foreign, assume worst case 2.8 x 129 = $361.20
Total Mailing = $1017.98 worst case scenario

Quote for printing from Eagle Press = $2669.50

NEW TOTAL PER 1000 each TAG issue = $3687.48


OLD TOTALS:
You said "The most recent costs for 1,000 TAGs has been $4,815. "
Karen said "Mailing is close to $900."

So that was: $5715.00

TOTAL SAVINGS PER ISSUE:

$2027.52. Maybe more.
