Re: [AGA SC] 2003 financials -- 2004 budget



Hi David,

As per the agreement with the board from 2 years ago, I don't charge
anything for the taping itself.  Rather, the invoices I send are for
fixed-price reimbursements on the actual tapes, DVDs and CDs I send out
and should correspond directly with appropriate income from PayPal or
checks (the latter of which I include with the invoices).  They aren't
AGA2K3 per se, but may be of all four conventions and the aquascaping
contest.

Where to place them?  I thought we had a separate category for videos and
CDs that was being tracked.  Maybe that was from an earlier budget.  At
any rate, they probably should have their own category.  And if not, the 
closest thing would be Bookstore.
