If it's $600 for 1000, my guess is you could get 2000-3000 for $1000.  I
think if we're going to do this at all, we should make it generic enough
that we don't have to worry about changes anytime in the future, and print
enough to make it cost-effective.  Make it great eye-candy, and then direct
them to the web site.  Another option would be to lay it out so that most of
the information that could change soon enough to be a problem is in a
discrete box that just "happens to be the size of a commercially available
label size.  Then, if we had to make changes before we ran out of brochures,
we could simply print labels to put over that section before we used them.
Not ideal, but a whole lot better than wasting expensive 4 color brochures!
