Sounds a bit stiff. I have four questions/comments:

Does the price include mailing?

I agree with Erik. If the cost per item goes down
substantially if we buy more then we should order more.
We should consider any updating since we will have a
boatload of them in any case. I love Karen's great idea
about a label size box for dated info -- like the
convention!

Can we have the order shipped to more than one address:
It would be good if we could have some of them sent
directly to Ray Lucas -- he probably gives out more of
these than any of us.

*Or* can I get some in time for NEC, I could give Ray some
at NEC and save on the hassle of shipping to him. I'll
print some up if we can't get commerically printed ones in
time. You can guess my preferences on this ;-)
