Diana had a guy in Russiua who wanted to buy some books and/or back issues. He couldn't do crtedit card or PayPal and wanted to send $$ via Western Union.

In answer to the question -- the professional liability insurance that has been quoted to AGA is with the limit in effect for each occurence, not for each officer/board member.  It only covwers the officers and the board members, not any agents of other folks acting on behalf of AGA.
 
On the Western Union front, I have not gotten any answers from anyone on how to send money from Russia with love. Am still trying other ways.
