GWAPA is having a board meeting Wednesday evening and one of the
items we're going to be discussing is Marketing. We're still waiting on
getting the hotel contract signed, but in the meantime the committee
should have an action plan - ready to implement as soon as the hotel
information is finalized. That's something we will kick off as a formal 
action item
this Wednesday. We made some progress today with the hotel negotiations and
I hope we can sign something soon.
