All I ask is that if I have to have peas, I want quiet too. In the mean time, the brochure looks great, although at least off my printer, the TAG cover is still shifted strongly towards green, so check the proof from the printer to make sure it's OK there. Erik's right, another of my "favorite" tanks, although this one is so far superior to JH's tank, I won't complain. Besides, Luis is a good enough, consistent enough aquarist that I don't think it's at all inappropriate for one of his tanks to grase the brochure. I know I should have looked it over more carefully last week, but I was in such a state of panic over other committments, it wasn't a possibility. One thing I'm wondering about, and you can all tell me to go eat my peas if you don't agree, is taht when I look at the brochure as it will be folded, we have all this vibrant, eye-catching color on the inside, and the front looks pretty plain. I know Erik nicely dressed up our logo, and it's definitely a huge improvement over what we started with. But should we have a color photo on the cover instead? Or behind the logo? Finally, a couple of small text changes on the inside... Under "What is AGA", I'd remove "and all other special publications". We haven't had any for some time, and it might well be that at some point we DO want to publish something and sell it through the book store. Could we work in mentioning the DVD/tapes of conventions? Finally, Under "Annual Convention", can we change it from "US" to "North America"? I wouldn't be surprised if we see the AGA convention hosted by CAOAC one of these days, and it keeps more with our "international" focus. Getting back to peas, I had to chuckle about Scott's peas-in-the-napkin trick. Timothy just the other day 'fessed up that he's been doing that when I wasn't looking!
