[AGA SC] Fwd: Re: Revised Marriot -- Version 3 -- based on verbals only



Larry sent these comments regarding the Marriot proposal as
it stood last light.

I agree with him that it's possible we could go as low as
125, maybe even lower, in actual attendance for a number of
reasons -- although much higher is more *probable*.

The banquet is at 150 but the guaranteed Banquets is 120 --
that distinction will have to be spelled out clearly in the
language.

I think the deal as it stands today, and with the verbal
changes written in, can ring the bell. The breakeven is now
at 110 paid registrants. GWAPA plans on sending a markup
over to Marriot today reflecting the deal as summarized in
the attached file. Marriot has verbally agreed to the
changes so there might be a quick turn-around.

In the summary I sent earlier today, I neglected to delete
a couple comments about the "Food Cost" that are no longer
relevent. Please use the attached file instead -- It's the
same numbers.  The time signature at the top of the file is
later in the later file.
