Yes, that was the way it was run last year. I think we charged $5 for a bidder 
number for folks attending the auction only.

I thought we should cover the attendance qualifications so
it's settled up front? Based on my recollection from last
year, these conditions apply: 

You must be an AGA member to register for convention UNLESS
you are family, spouse of someone that is an AGA member --
i.e., we don't require more than one TAG per household.

You must be Convention-registered to attend the Banq unless
you are a spouse, family of someone convention-registered.

Non-AGA members may attend the Auction --
nonConvention-registered folks can attend/sell/bid at
auction -- anyone with a buck is welcome although there can
be an attendance/sellers/bidders fee for anyone not
Convention-registered.

I think that's what we settled on last year, right? Best to
decide it up front before cases arise.
